Information we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, call, text, or email us, we collect what you choose to share, such as:

  • your name, phone number, and email address;
  • details about your home purchase or refinance, such as price range, down payment, credit range, income type, and timeline;
  • anything else you include in a message.

We also collect basic usage information automatically when you visit, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, through cookies and analytics tools (see below).

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the lenders, processors, underwriters, and other service providers needed to evaluate or complete your loan; with service providers that help us operate this website and respond to you; and when required by law.

When you apply for a mortgage, your personal and financial information is also governed by Coast2Coast Mortgage, LLC's privacy notice, which you receive with your loan documents as required by federal law (the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act).

If you text us or agree to receive texts, we will text you about your inquiry or loan. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or your texting consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are tapped. Google Analytics uses cookies and does not give us your name or contact details. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
